Chef and owner Christian Royère is a native of Aix en Provence, France. He developed a love affair with food at an early age, working in the kitchen with his first mentor: his mother. Upon completion of culinary school, he apprenticed under several well-known chefs in the South of France before moving to the United States in 1986, working in several Los Angeles area restaurants such as Le Marmiton, Bistro Garden and Ma Maison.

A Food Affair offers a dining experience unlike anything seen before. From the interior and exterior décor, to your plate, Chef Christian welcomes you to his childhood memories.  At A Food Affair, you come in as a guest, and leave as part of the family.
